Brody (UWP Flying Ford Taurus Fifty CGC TT) recently came to us from his breeder Beverly Ford (Flying Ford Bostons) of White City, Oregon after spending most of his time living with Matt & Shana Bobbit (Kismet Working Dogs) in Eastern Washington. During his stay in Washington, Brody earned a UKC Total Dog Award, his AKC Canine Good Citizen certificate (CGC), his UWP weight pulling title, Temperment Test (TT) and also earned two legs toward his agility title, as well as points toward his UKC Championship. Despite his busy schedule, Brody also managed to sire a lovely litter of three pups!

Brody was sired by that legendary Finnish gentleman Int. Finnish/ Estonian/ ByeloRussian/ Baltic/ Lithuanian/ Latvian/ Ukrainian/ Russian/ New Zealand/ American Ch. Barroco's Fifty Fifty during his short stay with Maxine Uzoff (Oui Bostons) of Houston, Texas. Currently, Fifty holds the breed record for being a Champion in the most countries, having recently surpassed the previous record of eight countries set by our own Roy (Int. Ch. Oranjelust Royal Showman) during the early 1970's. Brody's dam is our own Emily (SunGlo's Her Name In Lights), who has spent the last few years living with Beverly Ford. Brody is linebred many times over on our Int. Ch. SunGlo's Pilot Light which we exported to the late Oetie Koudjis (Oranjelust Kennels) of the Netherlands in 1969. Pilot Light was the #1 Boston Terrier in Europe in 1970 and 1971, being undefeated throughout his show career and later served as the dominant ancestor of nearly every top Boston Terrier bred in Europe during the 1970's. He was particularly noted for his fantastic front and his "style of the highest order" and his ability to stamp those qualities on his descendents, two traits which Brody inherited from both sides of his pedigree.
